Estavista Mobile App UI/UX Design

(Unified Real Estate Platform | For PIF Leadership Presentation)
**Overview**
Estavista is a unified real estate platform concept connecting five stakeholder groups — buyers/tenants, investors, developers, banks, and government — in one app. This design will be presented directly to senior leadership at the Public Investment Fund, so it needs to look like a finished, investable product — not a placeholder mockup. We have a working React prototype and brand deck to build from.
**This is a confidential project.** Applicants must be willing to sign an NDA before receiving reference materials, and must not display this work in a public portfolio without written permission.
**Deliverables**
1. Complete Figma design system: color palette, typography (display serif + UI sans), spacing scale, reusable components (buttons, cards, chips, progress bars, nav bar)
2. Full mobile app screens (iOS-style, ~390px frame) covering 5 persona dashboards:
- Buyer/Tenant: search, filters, property list, property detail (photo + drag-to-rotate 3D view toggle), mortgage estimate, agent contact
- Investor: portfolio summary, opportunity list, opportunity detail with funding progress and yield chart
- Developer: project pipeline list, project detail with sales velocity chart
- Bank: financing queue, risk assessment detail screen
- Government: market oversight dashboard, transaction volume chart, expandable compliance alerts
3. Onboarding/login flow and a persona-switcher pattern (a "unified ecosystem" tab indicator connecting the 5 views)
4. Clickable Figma prototype linking all flows, presentation-ready for live demo in front of executives
5. A set of polished, high-res export frames (PNG/PDF) of the key screens, sized for direct use in a pitch deck
6. Organized, developer-handoff-ready file (auto-layout, named layers, exportable specs)
**Reference materials provided (after NDA)**
- Confidential brand/pitch deck PDF (colors, logo, positioning)
- Working React/HTML prototype showing exact layout, copy, and interaction logic to replicate in Figma
**Brand direction**
- Colors: deep forest green (#123832), gold/bronze accent (#C8A25B), cream background (#FAF7F1), ink text (#1B231F)
- Typography: elegant serif display (Fraunces) + clean sans body (Manrope)
- Tone: premium, institutional, sovereign-fund-grade — this needs to read as credible to an investment committee, not as a generic consumer app
**Who we're looking for**
- Senior-level product/UI designer only — please do not apply if this would be a stretch assignment
- Prior work on fintech, proptech, sovereign wealth fund, or government-adjacent platforms strongly preferred
- Comfortable working to a firm deadline ahead of an executive presentation
