Engaging UI/UX web and app Design for HRMS

Project Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX designer to create an intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing design for our HRMS. This system will be used by HR professionals and employees, and it will manage various aspects of human resource functions, including attendance, payroll, performance, recruitment, and employee records.

Scope of Work:

Wireframing & Prototyping: Design wireframes for each screen of the HRMS, and create interactive prototypes to visualize the user flow.

User Interface Design: Create high-fidelity UI designs with a focus on user-friendliness and ease of use. Design key screens like dashboards, profile pages, leave requests, payroll sections, etc.

Responsive Design: Ensure that the design is responsive and provides an optimal user experience on both desktop and mobile devices.

Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing with target users to identify pain points and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.

Branding & Aesthetics: Incorporate the company’s branding guidelines (colors, logos, fonts) to maintain consistency across the application.

Deliverables: Provide design files (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) along with a style guide for developers.

Payroll & Compensation: Clean and clear layout for salary breakdowns, tax calculations, and payslip generation.

Performance & Feedback: Design a user-friendly interface for managing employee performance, appraisals, and feedback.

Recruitment & Onboarding: A smooth process for job postings, applications, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding.
