Engaging Product Designer for Mobile

I'm looking for a skilled UX/UI designer to help improve the engagement and usability of my mobile app on both iOS and Android.
Key aspects of the project include:
- *User Engagement*: The primary goal of this design project is to drive user engagement. This will involve designing an intuitive user interface which promotes user interaction and retention.
- *Audience and Platform*: The app is aimed at middle-aged adults and white-collar professionals. The design should resonate with this demographic. Given the app will be available on both iOS and Android, familiarity with the design guidelines of both platforms is a must.
I'm looking for a designer with expertise in:
- Creating user-centric design solutions
- Demonstrated experience in designing for both iOS and Android
- Strong portfolio of previous mobile app designs, particularly those that have increased user engagement
- Experience designing for a middle-aged adult and professional audience would be a plus.
