I'm seeking a Product Manager with experience in email marketing and UI/UX analysis. The task involves scrutinizing my email marketing software, focusing particularly on the content and design of the software, as well as the UI of the software.

Key areas of focus:
- Analyzing the visual design of the software
- Evaluating the ease of navigation of the software
- Assessing user engagement elements within the software

The goal is to identify why the email marketing software isn't generating sufficient sales and to propose actionable strategies to boost conversions and sales. Ideally, the freelancer should have a strong background in product management, with specific expertise in email marketing and UI/UX design. Experience in improving email marketing software and increasing sales conversions is a definite plus.
