Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX designer or consultant to review the user interface of our ERP application and provide actionable suggestions for improvement. The ideal candidate will evaluate the application's usability, design, and overall user experience, ensuring that it meets modern UI/UX standards and aligns with the needs of our target users.

Preferred location: Looking for experts only from US/Canada as the software targets only US lawfirms.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough review of the ERP application's current UI/UX.
Identify usability issues, design inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
Provide a detailed report with actionable recommendations for enhancing the user experience.
Suggest design elements and workflows to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
Optionally, create wireframes or mockups to visualize suggested improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably with ERP systems or similar enterprise applications.
Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Familiarity with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
A portfolio showcasing past projects and relevant work is highly desirable.
