UI UX Development for Website

Hi, I'm looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to create a great user interface for my website. It needs to meet both my design and user behavior requirements - the latter of which I have a rough idea of. I'm looking for someone who's able to deliver this even within a tight timeline of 6-8 hours. You must have a clear understanding of website design and interface building, as well as a good knowledge of visual aesthetics.
