UI Developer required for a Social Media Application

We have a Social Media application to be designed which is similar to that of Instagram but not that BIG. This is being our initial phase of project, we want to keep it very simple to use for our users.

This application is about sharing the Food Stories and checking-in to a Restaurant followed by rating to restaurant and food.

We need the designer to think and come up with the screens required. Do not expect me to spoon feed you for the number of screens and all. I expect a real genuine designer not a draftsman who follow my instructions and take away money for nothing.

I am attaching the project scope here for you to give complete idea about the application working and Design expectations.

We need Designs for following:
1. End user Mobile Application
2. Restaurant Mobile Application
3. Web Admin Panel
