Our company is undergoing rapid growth and a critical part of our solution is the software engineering team. We are immediately seeking a capable UI/UX developer. We are looking for a talented UI/UX developer to join our team and help us create amazing user experiences. As a UI/UX developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing interactive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will collaborate with our design and development teams to create seamless user experiences that meet our needs. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, curious, and persistent to create the best possible product for the customer. In this role, you will be connecting the dots between business needs, innovation, and excellent design. Other responsibilities will include:
-Collaborate with designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
-Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize designs.
-Implement best practices for accessibility and user-centered design.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
-Evaluate user requirements.
-Collaborate with project managers and engineer.
-Evaluating the effectiveness of UX (user experience) and existing applications.
-Creates and implements interaction models, user flows, and user interface specifications.
-Maintain wireframes and specifications of best practices.
-Builds page navigation buttons and search fields.
The following are the requirements for this role:
-Excellent level understanding of UI/UX design patterns.
-Possess a high degree of empathy for the end users of the products you'll be creating.
-Experience with self-organizing teams.
-Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with Product Manager.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to information stored in operational databases.
