To Develop UI / UX taking reference from Pakistan Gold Rate Application

I'm looking to commission someone to develop the UI and UX taking reference from Pakistan Gold Rate Android application.
Please notice that the UI should be different from Pakistan Gold Rate but must have all functionalities of Pakistan Gold Rate Application
To ensure everything meets my exact needs, I'm looking for someone who can give their full attention to this project and provide quality deliverables. I'm hoping to find a freelancer with a deep knowledge of UI and UX design principles, that is capable of delivering the best possible results for this project.
This project requires the implementation of an intuitive, polished, and neat design. In order to achieve this goal, I am expecting a set of deliverables at the end of the project, including wireframes, along with source code and UI designs. As a client, I also expect to get feedback on the project's design throughout the development process. In particular, I'm looking for feedback specifically related to design.
