We are seeking a talented Desktop Application Developer with experience in Electron.js to help our currently new developing products: VPN for browser and desktop apps.
About the Role:
As a Desktop Application Developer, you will be responsible for translating the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code, integrating REST APIs into our desktop VPN application, and ensuring all VPN functionalities are executed properly. This role is critical in shaping our application’s overall functionality and feel.
Key Responsibilities:
Translating the UI/UX design wireframes and turning them into operational desktop applications using Electron.js.
Integrating REST APIs into our VPN application.
Ensuring the seamless operation of VPN functionality, following the process flow provided by the UI/UX team.
Implementing the VPN split tunneling feature.
Collaborating closely with the UI/UX team and other developers to ensure an effective, visually appealing, and intuitive implementation.
Conducting regular code and peer reviews to ensure high-quality code development.
Debugging and troubleshooting to improve code efficiency and performance.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Desktop Application Developer, preferably with a focus on Electron.js.
Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, Electron.js, and REST API integration.
Familiarity with VPN functionalities and working experience on VPN applications would be a plus.
Strong knowledge of UI/UX standards and practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot and debug issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of VPN split tunneling will be an added advantage.
