UI UX Designing

I am looking for someone to design a UI/UX for a desktop application. For this project, I expect to receive visual designs that adhere to my suggested color scheme or whatever the designer comes up with. Additionally, I am also open to suggestions. This is a desktop application, so the designs created must be tailored for desktop use.
