UI/UX Designer needed to turn wireframes into high-fidelity prototype

We build the MVP version our our product in 2021 and got good traction. We now have hundreds of clients and thousands of users!
We soon faced challenges with scalability, and so we decided to do a rewrite of our platform with a cloud architecture. This came with new features and improvements in the UX.
We need an experienced designer that can take the first version of our platform to get inspiration, take the wireframe of the second version to understand the new functionalities, and come up with a full-fledged design.
We're need a high-fidelity prototype in Figma. We're open to adding a design system if we're satisfied with the outcome.
