UI/UX Designer needed to create in Figma

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to redesign our corporate website EnlightMetals.com using Figma. The goal is to deliver a modern, intuitive, and conversion-focused experience inspired by Metalbook.com.
What We Need:
• Complete redesign of EnlightMetals.com in Figma
• Clear user journey and flow optimized for B2B industrial buyers
• Polished and modern UI design, aligned with metalbook.com quality
• Desktop-first design, with responsive considerations for mobile/tablet
• Focus on usability, clarity, and professional appearance
• Visual hierarchy that showcases products (e.g., HR/CR/GP/TMT), vendor credibility, and lead capture (e.g., request a quote)
Deliverables:
• High-fidelity Figma design with all screens and interactions
• Sitemap and user flow diagrams
• Wireframes (optional but preferred)
• Style guide (colors, typography, button styles, etc.)
• Design handoff ready for developers
