UI/UX Designer for the service baced app and web

I am looking for a UI/UX designer to create a completely new design for my app and website. My main goal is to provide a platform for communication. I am open to suggestions for the design but would ideally like it to have a custom or unique style. The ideal candidate should have experience in:

- UI/UX design
- Creating custom or unique styles
- Designing for communication platforms
