UX Designer for Website and Mobile Application NEEDED

We are currently building the UX and Design for our coming website and Mobile app. We are seeking a talented and valuable addition to our team. The pages we need to be designed for both mobile applications and desktops are set to these pages:

**PLEASE note, you do not need to design every page for this competition, please spend good quality time developing a few, and if yours is selected we will grant you the entire project, and at that time you can complete the remaining pages communicating with our entire team.
We have included a few samples of these pages our previous designer had made. We think they are good but not amazing, please use the samples and make the pages even more current and modernized. Tourvia is intended to be a high-traffic Real Estate Search website where users will need to operate the Real Estate search functionality without hesitation. We are featuring a "tour cart" where users can add homes they want to see in their "shopping cart" and then hit check out. We would like the UX to feel natural and easy.
We would like to indicate that if you are able to make the website and mobile more dynamic instead of Static with moving parts, this is highly valued! Using HTML5 or coding, this would be amazing to see on the home page of mobile and desktop.
Though there is no strict requirement for how many pages you show us, we NEED the "HOME PAGE" and "SEARCH PAGE" part of your initial design to show us, both for mobile and desktop.
