UX Designer for Web Application

I am looking for a UX designer to help with the development of my web application. The designer should have experience in wireframing, prototyping, usability testing and research, and UI design and visual elements. No existing design guidelines or styles need to be followed – the designer is free to come up with creative and fresh ideas. The project should be completed within 3 months.
