We’re looking for a UX Designer to help us build intuitive, engaging interfaces that will enhance the way users interact with our platform. What You’ll Do
• Design User-Centric Interfaces: Create intuitive, user-friendly designs that solve real user pain points and align with our product vision.
• Research and Testing: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and perform usability testing to continuously improve the user experience.
• Wireframes to Final Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to ensure designs are executed effectively and meet business objectives.
• Iterate and Improve: Continuously gather feedback, test designs, and iterate to optimize user journeys and interactions.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in UX Design: Proven experience in designing user-centric digital experiences, ideally with early-stage startups or product-driven companies.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Skilled in design software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and familiar with prototyping and wireframing tools.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive designs.
• User Research & Testing: Experience in conducting user research, usability tests, and iterating based on feedback and data.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams, from marketing to development.
