UX Designer for Construction Review Site

I'm in the process of establishing a new enterprise that revolves around a website. The primary goal of this platform is to facilitate the exchange of reviews between customers and contractors. I am looking for a UX designer who can help me design the UI/UX for this website, which will consist of roughly 7 pages.

Key elements that need to be included in the design are:
- Search functionality: The website should allow customers to easily find contractors based on their specific requirements.
- Ratings and review system: The heart of the platform will be the ability of customers to write reviews about contractors, and to read reviews from others.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proven experience in UX design, particularly for websites with multiple features and pages.
- Familiarity with platforms that incorporate user reviews and ratings is highly desirable.
- A good understanding of the construction industry and its typical user requirements would be a bonus.
