UI/UX Designer to Revamp UI

Looking for a creative UI/UX designer who has a passion for what they do to help revamping the experience and front-end looking of a booking software we use. Ideally someone who is also a front-end developer so that they can code it themselves afterward too, but this is not a requirement.
