UX/UI Designer Required - Challenging Rich Text Editor feature

Job ID: 32911594

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

Hi,

This project is mostly UX challenge.

We have rich text editor (see attachment "Current Features")

Project would be:
1) Add customization feature to text editor (Users can add project-specific (+100 different projects), role-specific (+50 different roles) and tool-specific (+300 different tools) text into document which can replace non-custom text). Goal here is to think what would be clean and smart way for reader to see where is custom text content and what type (project, role, tool), if they are at same area how to switch between them? What if there is 10 customizations in that area, how they fit.
2) How user can "activate" custom text mode on, to add/replace content for specific project/role/tool
3) Localization. How user can see that has all sections of content (original + customizations) has been translated to set languages (there can be 100 different translations for one document or do he need to translate new edited sections (someone has added new content in english in original and role-specific section) and user should have ease to find them and translate them to language they can translate.
4) How user "activates" translation mode to make those edits or views different translations (to check that all paragraphs fit together in another language as well)
5) Version history. How user can access version history and what changes has happened from current to that version (original + customizations). Button for making older version as primary.

All these should function and be clear for user who is reading/editing the document.
