UI/UX Designer Needed for Property Management Application

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to create an interactive design for our property management application using Figma. The application is intended to streamline property management operations, offering functionalities like task management, team coordination, guest management, and more.


Scope of Work:
The designer will be responsible for:

Creating an interactive and user-friendly design in Figma
Developing wireframes and prototypes based on provided sketches and descriptions
Suggesting and implementing improvements to enhance usability and aesthetics
Ensuring responsive design for both web and mobile views

Pages to Design:

Home Page:
Displays an overview of tasks, notifications, and key metrics for the day.
Contents: Summary of check-ins/check-outs, ongoing tasks, alerts, and quick links to other sections.
Property Listings Page:
Allows property managers to view (individual and all listings), add, and edit property listings.
Contents: List of properties with details like name, location, status, and actions (edit/delete).
Task Page:
Shows all tasks for the day, assigned to different team members.
Contents: Task descriptions, assigned team members, scheduled times, and status updates.
Assaign Page:
Shows all tasks ready to be, assigned to different team members.
Contents: Task descriptions, assigned team members, scheduled times.
Team Management Page:
Manage team members, their roles, and responsibilities.
Contents: List of team members, roles, contact information, and options to add/edit/remove members.
Task Creation Page:
Form to create new tasks and assign them to team members.
Contents: Task details, assignment options, deadlines, and priority levels.
Checkin/Checkout Page:
View information about indivuals who are going to checkin and checkout.
Stock Management Page:
Manage stock on a given property.
Reservation Management Page:
Manage guest information, reservations, and communication.
Contents: List of upcoming guests, reservation details, and communication tools.
Billing and Invoicing Page
Automate and manage billing and invoicing for property owners.
Contents: Invoice creation, payment tracking, financial reports, and transaction history.
Couple of small pages to be added, please consider this in your proposal.


Responsibilities:

Creativity and Innovation: You have the freedom to suggest improvements and make creative decisions that enhance user experience.
Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are mobile-friendly and look good on various screen sizes.
Collaboration: Work closely with us to iterate on designs based on feedback and requirements.

Deliverables:

Interactive Figma Designs: Fully interactive and navigable prototypes for all specified pages.
Design Documentation: Detailed annotations and explanations for design choices, interactions, and UI elements.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing similar projects.
Skills: Proficiency in Figma, understanding of responsive design principles, and knowledge of current design trends.
Communication: Strong communication skills, ability to take feedback constructively, and willingness to collaborate.
