UI/UX Designer Needed for App Redesign

I am seeking a talented UI/UX designer to help enhance the functionality and user experience of my app. You can work either remotely or in my office.

Key Requirements:
- Proven UI/UX design experience of 1-2 years
- A strong portfolio of previous works in the field
- Familiarity with mobile app design principles
- Ability to work either remotely or in an office

Your primary goal will be to improve the app's usability and user experience. This will involve:

- Conducting user research and testing to understand the current user experience
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Developing and maintaining detailed user-interface specifications
- Designing the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Translating high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs
