UI/UX Designer Needed For Ongoing Work

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to work with our team on various projects on an ongoing basis. The ideal applicant should have an eye for clean and artful design, retain superior UI skills and be able to convert high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into attractive, instinctive, and functional user interfaces. Most of the work we do are web and mobile applications in the B2B space.

Requirements

- 4+ years of U/UXI experience
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Experience designing web and mobile user interfaces
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive mockups
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Knowledge of Redmine, Jira, Azure Devops or other project management tools a plus
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Experience with tools/processes needed to produce assets for handoff to engineering teams
- Prior experience in the construction or public utilities industries a plus, but not necessary
