**Job Title:** UX/UI Designer

**Job Summary:**
As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing, creating and improving the user experience and user interface of our digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and other interactive platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure that our digital products meet user needs and business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **User Research:** Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use this information to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.

2. **Information Architecture:** Create and maintain information architectures, sitemaps, and user flows to ensure logical navigation and organization of content.

3. **Wireframing and Prototyping:** Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and test usability with users and stakeholders.

4. **UI Design:** Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and provide a seamless and enjoyable user experience.

5. **Usability Testing:** Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in the design and user experience.

6. **Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and graphic designers, to ensure design implementation aligns with project goals.

7. **Responsive Design:** Create responsive designs that adapt to various screen sizes and devices.

8. **Accessibility:** Ensure that designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to make digital products usable by all individuals, including those with disabilities.

9. **User Documentation:** Create user documentation, style guides, and design specifications to communicate design decisions and guidelines to development teams.

10. **Stay Updated:** Keep up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction).
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing past design work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback constructively.
- Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of user research techniques, including surveys, interviews, and user testing.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG) is a plus.

**Work Environment:**

- Typically works in a remote setting.
- May collaborate with cross-functional teams virtually.
- May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
