UI/UX Designer (Hourly Contract)

Project Overview: We are seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to refine and elevate an existing Figma design for a dynamic project involving over 20 screens. The ideal candidate will enhance user flow and navigation, optimize usability, and actively participate in the entire design process from initial concept to final implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and Enhance User Flow and Navigation: Critically evaluate and streamline the user flow across all screens to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Optimize Usability: Implement strategic design solutions to enhance interface efficiency and user interaction, making the product more accessible and user-friendly.
- Engage in Full Design Process: Collaborate with the project team to understand project requirements, conceptualize innovative design solutions, and iterate based on feedback to meet or exceed user expectations.

Ideal Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven UI/UX Design Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to enhance and transform existing digital products through innovative design.
- Proficiency in Figma: Extensive experience using Figma for designing and prototyping.
