UI/UX Designer Dashboard Application Design Figma

1 am Fabian, CTO of a software company in Germany. We have co-developed software like the Mercedes Benz MBUX, online banking for major banks, Immobilienscout24 and many other great projects.
But now it's time to create something of our own.
Already last year we started to launch our own product. We are implementing the idea of a SaaS application, which we ourselves have lacked very often in the past.
Our team consists of highly experienced developers who can bring great input and value to the project. But all in all we are a very young and supa motivated team!

Responsibilities:
- Design software services and product features for our web front ends with Figma
- User-flow and dashboard design
- Work close to the developers and product managers
- Be an awesome colleague
- Be an expert and a team player. Help us design better systems
- Split the awesome, interesting, fun work with the team
- Split the unglamorous, annoying, dirty work with the team
- Speak and write English or German
Requirements:
- Dashboard design experience
- Broad and deep experience with Figma
- Broad and deep experience solving complex problems with UI/UX
- Extensive experience building amazing frontend experiences
- Comfortable designing mission critical user facing UI without supervision
- Understanding of practicability
- Have built at least one large scale product feature
