UI/UX Designer -- 2

I'm in need of a skilled UI/UX designer for a brand new application that I'm looking to launch. The primary aim of this app is to sell products and services, so the design needs to be both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing user-friendly and intuitive interface designs for both web and mobile platforms
- Creating seamless user flows that encourage sales and conversions
- Ensuring cross-platform consistency in design, ensuring a unified user experience

Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience in designing applications, ideally with a focus on e-commerce
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and successful projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with development team
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
