Responsibilities:
- Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our website
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve the user experience
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI & UX Designer or similar role
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
