UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and take ownership of designing and enhancing the user experience of our website and digital products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements, create wireframes, and design high-quality interfaces that provide a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

Design and enhance the user experience of our website and digital products
Collaborate with team to understand user requirements and create wireframes
Create high-quality, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces
Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize the user experience
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and meet industry standards
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Participate in design critiques, reviews, and testing to ensure high-quality design
Requirements:

Strong experience in UI/UX design for web and digital products
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
Past work examples showcasing design thinking, process, and impact
