UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer- At Interbiz Consulting, UX designers and software developers take pride in developing applications using world-class technologies that allow clients to manage, connect, and scale their businesses.
We are looking for a candidate with good user experience design skills with professional experience to work with the development team to enhance the user experience of the existing and new products.
The User Experience Designer is responsible for working with the Core and Technical Teams to create user interfaces for mobile and web applications. They'll collaborate with internal and external customers to implement consistent and user-friendly design elements for a variety of environments.
Responsibilities:
1. Work in a collaborative environment on simultaneous projects
2. Conceptualize, present, and execute ideas within a tight schedule
3. Serve as design lead on assigned projects and/or Clients.
4. Work with Core Team to identify the strategic intent of specific projects.
5. Conceptualize and develop innovative and strategically sound visual concepts and architecture.
6. Design user interfaces for web-based applications including visual look and feel, graphics, styles, navigation, and layout.
7. Communicate and oversee the consistency of web design parameters, style guides, and visual standards.
8. Work with Technical Team to facilitate and implement the creative design.
9. Create and maintain the look and feel of various websites pushing to achieve the highest quality possible within the technical limitations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Experience with web and interface design.
3. Ability to write front-end code.
4. Proven history of creating original, innovative, and strategically sound web-based solutions for clients.
5. Ability to follow direction, and process artistic and technical feedback in order to create unique design solutions.
6. Ability to identify overarching web design/user experience issues and opportunities and implement effective solutions.
7. Deep understanding of current Ul trends and technologies.
