Design my own currency for my company - make a plan

I want ideas about how to design a new crypto currency and admin it as part of my company.
The system we have to make (you want to make) has to be laid down and described in 1 -2 pages. Best case you want to show a demo of an app you can create to admin.
Requirements:
Info: This is a currency that we can determine a USD value against it at first
Info: this has to be blockchain based (open to ideas, how to determine best for it)
Easy UI/UX access for mobile and computer
This currency is based on transactions that a US company makes, so taking SEC regulations into account is a necessity
