Design our Real Estate Management Platform/Software

I need a strong UI/UX Designer to design our Real Estate Management Platform. The following criterias are required:
- Design Portfolio
- Experience in designing more than 5 dynamic websites/platforms with *Figma
- Has good UI Design taste
- Can deliver on time
- Is ready to quickly iterate --when changes are needed.
- Can think independently.
Good to have:
- React and NodeJs experience.
