UX/Design for internal webapp

We have an internal tool to manage the business. It takes care of everything from creating an offer to a client to procurement and delivery. The only problem is that it looks like something from last century.
I would like to improve the design - keep it within our brand guidelines but nudge it a bit.

I attach a couple of screenshots so you can get a look and feel.

No programming knowledge is required for this project.

I am looking for someone with good communication skills, experience in UX - but also design. We want to redo the public website and this small project is created to find the right person. If you feel that you can take on ongoing work (we manage a bunch of companies and websites) then please contact me and PLEASE dont forget to include examples of your work.

I can't review any bids without seeing examples of past work.

Deliverable should be in figma so we can see transitions / effects etc.
