UI/UX Design for B2B Website / Application

I am looking for a UI/UX designer with skills to help me design a cutting edge B2B web application for UX professionals. This is a very fun, challenging, and interesting project that will create an application you would most likely want to use yourself. The right candidate will be available to work between 8 and 24 hours per week (will vary), is proficient at UI/UX design including familiarity with various UX design patterns, can communicate effectively in English, and has serious pride in craftsmanship.

You should be familiar with Adobe Photoshop or similar, Moquop / Invision or similar, and have some exposure to UX research. You should also be able to provide some examples of your work in the form of wireframes, mockups, surveys, (maybe even user personas), etc...
