UI/UX Design for Web Platform

I'm looking for a talented UI/UX designer to create a modern and sleek web platform design. I'm open to fresh new ideas and don't have an existing design to replicate. My web platform should be optimized for a desktop device. The right designer will have experience creating web platforms using modern techniques in design.
