Design a UI/UX for a Prioritization WebApp$500 USD

You will design a visually pleasing, and easy-to-use UI/UX for a list prioritization web app. It will help with prioritizing things that need to be done or things that want to be done.

Imagine the scenario. You and 7 of your friends want to go on a vacation somewhere on spring break.
You create a list with 5 possible destinations and a scoring criteria, then you send it to all of your friends to collaborate, score, comment, add etc

This App should be FUN and easy to use, and it should be just as useful for fun lists with your friends as it is for professional backlog prioritization.

The app should allow a user to
1. Register/Login
2. Create a List
3. Define the Prioritization criteria
4. Add items to the list
5. Score Items
6. Share/Invite the list with others so they can score and add to the list
7. Metadata on each list item
8. Ability to search find lists
9. Ability to manually move list items up and down to prioritize
10. More

Attached is a quick example of what I mean by the prioritization list, and also the scoring. But of course, there is more to the design than just that.

You recommend colors, fonts design everything. Make it easy for people to perform the task which is create and score list to prioritize them.
