UX Design Report -- 2

I am looking for a UX design report for personal use to improve user experience on my web platform. The primary goal of this project is to increase engagement and user satisfaction. I am looking for a designer with experience in web design and UX research to conduct a thorough analysis of my current platform and provide recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in:

- UX research and analysis
- User persona & User Journey Map
- Web design and development (wireframe/prototype)
- User testing and feedback (A/B Testing)
- UI design and prototyping

The report should include actionable insights and recommendations for improving the overall user experience, as well as specific suggestions for optimizing the website for web platforms. The report should be concise and easy to understand, with clear recommendations for implementation.
