We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to review and improve the user experience of our existing digital product. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in UX design, with a focus on enhancing usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate Current Design: Conduct a thorough review of our existing product to identify usability issues, design inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.

User Research: Understand our target audience's needs, preferences, and pain points through user research methods such as surveys, interviews, or usability testing.

Create Design Solutions: Propose design improvements that enhance the user experience, including navigation, layout, interaction design, and visual elements.

Prototyping and Testing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for proposed solutions and test them with real users.

Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our development and product management teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and align with business goals.

Document Design Decisions: Provide clear documentation of design changes, including rationales and user feedback, to guide future development.
