You will play a very important role in our product development process. You will manage/lead a Product Designer as well as hire more Product Designers for your team in the future.

Responsibilities

Mentoring/Managing other Product Designers
You will define and clearly articulate design criteria, and tell a clear thoughtful experience story through your design solutions
Create intuitive user experience
Design and prototype new features and ideas for current and next-generation products
Work closely with Product Managers to ensure designs meet product requirements and with Developers to ensure ideas can be brought to life
Contribute to all stages of the design process from brainstorming, research, ideating, creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes and refining user experiences
Communicate design goals and specifications to the engineering team
Conceptualize, design and execute modern, complex digital designs and product experiences, including user interfaces and product flows for desktop and mobile applications
