Customer application UX design

About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative and motivated UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centered digital experiences that meet business and customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and validate ideas
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet business requirements
• Present designs to stakeholders and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon designs
• Stay up-to-date on current design trends, technologies, and tools
• Contribute to the development of design systems and design guidelines

Requirements:
• 3+ years of professional experience as a UX designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing user-centered digital experiences
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and InVision
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment
