Create a web app, mobile app and dashboard for B2B Procurement Company

I am looking for a talented developer to create a web app and dashboard for my B2B procurement company. The primary function of the web app will be order management, allowing me to easily track and manage orders from customers.

I am open to suggestions for the technology stack to be used in this project. I am looking for a developer with experience in creating custom web apps and dashboards, with the ability to create a sleek and modern design that matches my company's branding.

Application solution for B2B Procurement company. Will need the following modules:
1. Sign up and log in page
2. Product Cat 1: E-Commerce catalogue interface that is linked to Odoo ERP (React JS/Shopify/WooCommerce/Odoo Website - whatever works best and can match design aesthetic)
3. Product Cat 2: E-Commerce order form interface that is linked to Odoo ERP - will work in a 4 step order process
4. User Dashboard showing customer spend analysis, historical data, alternative product recommendations, etc. Dashboard will also have notification features which will notify customers about upcoming orders, reminders, etc
5. Super admin panel:
- Super Admin would be able to add products.
- Super Admin would be able to delete products.
- Super Admin would be able to view all the products.
- Super Admin would be able to view all the user reports..
- Super Admin would be able to manage the user’s orders.
- Super Admin would be able to add users.
- Super Admin would be able to delete users.
- Super Admin would be able to view all the users.
- Super Admin would be able to view all the user’s orders.
- Super Admin would be able to manage the user’s orders.
- Super Admin would be able to chat with users through chat support
6. Data analytics:
- Users would be able to view all the analytics reports.
- Super admin would be able to view all the analytics reports.
7. Supplier Mobile App:
- Will allow suppliers to share most recent pricing and product availability and that be pushed to Odoo ERP
- Will allow suppliers to respond to queries
8. Internal Mobile App:
- Team to upload most recent pricing
- Delivery module to create digital Delivery notes
