Create UI/UX for Web based SAAS

We are looking for a that can design intuitive and effective components for our single page SaaS application. We have some functional components along with some basic layouts designed in spreadsheets. Everything is still a work in progress. We want our entire site to have consistent theming and intuitive functionality. This is an information dense application that requires a lot of data to be displayed on each screen while remaining clean and uncluttered.
We would prefer a designer that can provide front end code, however, we are also willing to consider just getting the design completed in a prototyping environment like Xd, Figma, etc.
