Create a UX/UI Wireframe

I have created a prototype website and I need a UX/UI designer to rework my prototype into a wireframe. The design should be styless, this means no background and no style elements at all. This would be a long term relationship since we pretend to work repeatedly with the successful candidate. The candidate should show a portfolio of previous works.

It would be appreciate if the candidate is spanish speaker but not mandatory.
