Create an AI Website Redesign and CMS connection

Hi, I’m looking for a webdevelopper specialist of Artificial inteligence.

I would like to create an artificial intelligence that can redesign a website simply by giving it the link.

The AI will retrieve all the informations from the initial website and redesign as a beautiful and modern website based on the type of business (dog groomer, florist, etc.).

Once the website has been redesigned, I'd like to implement it in a CMS and give the customer the option of modifying it.

If you have already done something like that please let me know and show me if it’s possible.
