Create a Simple Flutter Application

I am looking for a developer to create a simple Flutter application for accounting purposes. The main purpose of the application is to provide users with easy and quick access to their financial information. The specific feature I want to include in the application is push notifications, which will alert users of any important updates or changes to their accounts. I have a preference for a minimalist design, with clean and simple graphics. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Expertise in Flutter development
- Experience with push notification integration

- Experience with online & offline database sync

The Project has 4 Modules and each one should complete within a week.
