Create Shopify Store App for Customer Design Uploads with Editing Tools

I'm looking for a talented developer or a team to create a Shopify app that allows all users to upload their own design files. The app should include features like auto nesting, make copies, resizing, cropping, text.
Bonus:
- If you can create a library for me to add designs to the library for customers to use.
- Able to check the quality of the designs resolution DPI from 100DPI, 200DPI, 300DPI
Key features:
- Design upload functionality for all users
- Automated design processing (nesting, resizing, cropping, background removal)
- Quality control checks
- Options for server upload or local download
- Support design file types, including PNG and PDF files.
- Monthly subscription setup for 3 different tiers account. 1. Free Trial for 5 Days, 2. Premium, 3. Enterprise.
- This will be for Desktop only, No Mobile is required.
The app should be exclusively compatible with Shopify App Store
Ideal skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in Shopify app development
- Can design great UI and UX layout and functions
- Cloud storage and server setup
- Strong problem-solving skills for quality control checks
- Great communication and long term ongoing support. We will work out a monthly fees for maintenance and ongoing improvements to the app.
This will be a long term working partnership and continuing to make improvement to the App. I will pick out top 3 candidates and we will do video call to go over your details proposal on the project.
