Create FIGMA (UI/UX) for a mobile application (5-6 pages)

The application will be 5-6 pages only.
I have an idea in mind and require a creative person to create a Fully-functional UI/UX for that idea for a mobile application. The UI/UX should only be made on FIGMA. It is a location-based application so the app should be self-explanatory with UI. A person should easily be able to find things he/she needs. That simply means UI should be clean and easy to understand.
The UI/UX buttons should be working and I should be able to navigate between screens and have full experience with my app.
