Corporate Web App UI/UX Design

I'm building a React-based corporate web application and need a UI/UX designer to create a clean, modern, and user-friendly design from scratch, as I don't have a Figma or any existing design yet.

Core features required:
- Product Search and Filters
- User Reviews and Ratings
- Secure Checkout Process

The ideal designer should be able to:
- Understand my requirements
- Propose layout ideas
- Deliver a full Figma prototype
