Corporate Splash Screen for ElementsCAM

We are looking for an experienced developer to design and implement a modern splash/start screen for our desktop application ElementsCAM. The goal is to improve the user experience and visual appearance of the application without introducing new core functionality.
The programming language is Embarcadero/Delphi 10.3

The splash screen will serve as a central entry point, providing quick access to existing features and displaying recently used files.
