Must know: Human Centric Design, User Research, Empathy mapping, Persona creation, Wireframing (Low and high fidelity), Visual Design.
Good to have: Interaction designing, HTML, CSS

Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop

Profile:
- Strong Understanding of basic design principles.
- Should be able to identify problem statements through UX research and find solutions for the same.
- Knowledge of branding and brand design
- Proficiency with design tools like Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Ability to design micro-animations
- Rapid prototyping and wireframing
- Building the information architecture
- UX writing
- Acquaintance of accessibility and other design best practices

Any UX Certification from HFI/IDC etc
